Getting Started with Mobile Token

User(s) will only have to register the mobile token once. 

Step 1

Downloand the PingID* mobile app and open it on your device.

Step 2

Before a user can register their mobile token, the company administrator must go into Treasury Center and select the user’s “Challenge Method” to be mobile token.

Companies who do not have another administrator who can make changes to their profile for them can call 1-800-724-2240 and we will make the change for you.

Step 3

Register your device, login into Treasury Center, and follow the steps to scan the QR code with your PingID app.

 

Step 4

At your next login you will authenticate by swiping with the PingID app.
