Email
- A series of emails to help prepare for your transition to Treasury Center. Please save all emails that come from the sender “M&T Treasury Management”
- Two separate emails from M&T Bank Treasury Center, one will confirm your User ID and the other will provide your temporary password
- Instructions for existing mobile token users on how to download our mobile token, which will be used at login
- Information for users of Escrow, Direct Connect, Remote Check Deposit, Positive Pay and ACH

Mail
- For existing physical token users, your new physical tokens will be mailed to you at the address on file for your eTreasury+ billing account. Tokens will be supplied only for users that have logged on in the past 12 months
- Escrow accounts and services information
- Check Image Service information, including encryption key
- Controlled Disbursement new account number(s) will be mailed to you
