Council Members
Founded in 2003, M&T’s Diversity and Inclusion Council is comprised of 25 senior officers who represent a variety of business lines throughout our footprint. Charged with a mission of promoting a diverse and inclusive environment at M&T, they work with other senior managers to demonstrate a visible commitment that supports the M&T vision, business strategies, corporate behavior and relationships with customers and communities.
The Diversity and Inclusion Council is currently chaired by our Chief Diversity Officer Glenn Jackson, Senior Vice President.
