Thank you for choosing us for your deposit account needs.  We know that choosing a bank is an important decision, and at M&T Bank (“M&T”), we strive to provide products and services that help you effectively manage your business. 

We’ve revised our Commercial Deposit Account Agreement.

In an effort to make it easier for you to do business with M&T and to save you time, we have made several changes to our Commercial Deposit Account Agreement (“CDAA”). We have revised the CDAA to, among other things, reorganize and reword provisions to ensure that they are clear and accurate.  The revised CDAA becomes effective for existing accounts on September 16, 2021.

Where can I get a copy of the revised agreement?

Your continued use of your deposit account(s) will be governed by the revised CDAA on and after September 16, 2021.  The revised CDAA will supersede all prior versions of the CDAA.  If you disagree with any of the terms in the revised CDAA, you should close your deposit account(s).  

We encourage you to download and review the revised CDAA and retain a copy for your records.  If you are unable to view or download the CDAA, please contact your Relationship Manager to request that a copy of the document be sent to you.
