Request to Cancel Your Automatic Payment
It is easy to stop your automatic payment.
When requesting cancellation of your automatic payments, please note:
- We must receive your cancellation request at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled payment date
- If your submission is less than 3 days from your scheduled payment date:
- The current period automatic payment transaction will be processed
- The cancellation will be effective for the next scheduled payment
- Please contact us when you are ready to restart your automatic payment. You can:
- Enroll monthly payments through your online banking account
- Enroll non-monthly payments using the Flexible Payment Plan – ACH Enrollment form
- Call us at 1-800-724-2224
