Welcome Pulte Mortgage Customers

Pulte Mortgage is transferring the servicing of your mortgage to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, who has partnered with M&T Bank to provide the day-to-day servicing of your mortgage loan.

What to Expect During the Transfer

A Welcome Kit will be mailed to you approximately one week before your scheduled mortgage transfer date. Be sure to read it carefully and look for the effective date of your transfer. There are some important dates and information you should consider as your mortgage transfers.

Make your first mortgage payment to M&T.

A payment coupon will be included in the Welcome Kit that is mailed to you. Please be sure to include it with your first payment to M&T. All payments should be made payable to "M&T Bank."

After your first payment is made, you will receive monthly statements to manage your mortgage payments.

You can enroll in M&T's Monthly Automatic Payment Service by visiting onlinebanking.mtb.com. To enroll in non-monthly drafting, follow the instructions here.

Enroll in M&T Online Banking to view your mortgage account information online.

After transfer, you’ll have access to your new M&T account information in M&T Online Banking. To view your account information in M&T Online Banking, you must first create a new User ID and Password by clicking on “Enroll Now.”

Once you are enrolled in M&T Online Banking, you can make a payment online, sign up for electronic statements and retrieve your statement.

Receiving your first billing statement

You can expect to receive your first billing statement in the mail approximately 2 weeks after your mortgage transfer date. After you enroll in M&T Online Banking, you can make your payment to M&T Bank online.

Box 1288, Buffalo, NY 14240. You have the right to file complaints against M&T Bank with the New York State Department of Financial Services. You can obtain further information by calling the Department’s Consumer Assistance Unit at 1-800-342-3736 or by visiting the Department’s website at www.dfs.ny.gov. M&T Bank is exempt from the Superintendent’s mortgage loan servicer registration requirements.
For those borrowers with property in Oregon: The Oregon Division of Financial Regulation (DFR) oversees residential mortgage loan servicers who are responsible for servicing residential mortgage loans in connection with real property located in Oregon and persons required to have a license to service residential mortgage loans in this state. If you have questions regarding your residential mortgage loan, contact your servicer at 800-724-2224. To file a complaint about unlawful conduct by an Oregon licensee or a person required to have an Oregon license, call DFR at 888-877-4894 or visit dfr.oregon.gov. Although M&T Bank is not an Oregon licensee, you may still submit complaints to the contact information provided.
