Economic Impact Payments

The federal government has begun distributing a second round of stimulus payments (EIP) to eligible individuals.  Starting the week of January 4, 2021, M&T customers will begin to receive direct deposit payments.  Anyone who received the first round of payments earlier this year but does not receive a payment via direct deposit will generally receive a check or, in some instances, a debit card.  It is anticipated that all payments will conclude in January 2021.

    What You Can Do Too

    • We ask that you wear a mask in accordance with the guidelines in your area. Masks should cover your nose and mouth and be secured under your chin, per CDC guidelines
    • Maintain a measurable distance between yourself and other customers
    • If you're experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or may have been exposed to the virus, we kindly ask that you do not enter the branch lobby
